Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
However, we will gladly replace or refund items that are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
This applies to all digital items, including (but not limited to):
- Digital planners
- Journals
- Trackers
- Downloads or printables
